Rain, A sad poem

One dark afternoon I found myself walking,
My hands shaking and head bowed down
A drop of water fell on my head,
I looked up the skies and many of them started to fall.
I decided not to run anymore
But walk and let all water shower upon my head
Not bothering to open my umbrella, I saw you walking
Ran after you and stared at you.
Everything started to move slow
Everything started to fade but us
I whispered your name under the rain
Said that everything would be fine until dawn breaks
My tears started to fall and run,
You didn't noticed it for rain swiped it away
Every time I look in your face it hurts me alot
Coz past flashes back every moment I had with you
I held your hands tight and placed it on my chest
Promised that as dawn breaks everything will be good
You remained silent and uncertain
I assured you things but you still didn't seemed fine.
The rain made our hands slippery and easier to let go
As I expected, in just a snap...you pulled out your hand
I asked, "Why?"
"I grew tired and weary waiting till dawn ends", you said.
I argued with you on why you didn't said so
Everything turned out harsh and painful
I fell down on the ground where water is madly gushing
It slaps as i fell down unknowingly and so empty.
I cried and yelled as hard as I could
Letting out every anger and emptiness i felt inside
Never will I fall in love again...never
I swore every words to myself and stamped it in my heart
Suddenly, every bright light I see disappeared
The rain stopped and everything went silent
I withdrew everything I felt, everything
"Okay...and cut," the director said.
